Drawing on our international research and experience of developing and managing the England  National  training programme we operate the innovative and cutting edge Performance Golf Academy Derby education and player training programme based at the excellent facilities at Morley Hayes Golf Complex.

The Performance Golf Academy delivers high quality coaching and support covering technical, tactical physical, psychological, lifestyle planning, equipment assessment, access to industry experts/visits, a comprehensive competitive programme linked into a sport and golf specific education programme of excellence.

If you are a talented young player aged between 16-19 with an aspiration to be a professional golfer then this programme will help you realise that goal through its quality delivery, professional support team and access to expert coaches.

Performance Golf deliver individual coaching and development programmes for players through their Player Assessment Programme which is far more than just another golf lesson.

The player is exposed to a combination of  assessments including, Long Game, Short Game, On Course, Physiological screening, introduced to Mental Skills, Goal Setting, Planning and Managing Lifestyle and Understanding Equipment.

Each player is then provided with a detailed report helping them to structure and build their own individual programme relevant to their needs.
